    DataNavigateApp is a dedicated application for the MELSEC iQ-R series C intelligent function module. It provides integrated time‑based operation analysis, energy analysis, cycle monitoring, and alarm diagnostics in a single application. DataNavigateApp turns your Controller into a plug-and-play analytics tool. Instantly get real-time asset performance, alarm insights, energy dashboards, and Predictive maintenance tools - all inside the machine, without coding or engineering. It’s the easiest first step toward smarter machines, higher OEE, and true shop-floor digitalization.

    DataNavigateApp Setup

    To set everything up simply install DataNavigateApp on a SD memory card and insert it into the C intelligent function module to start using the application. Equipped with a variety of features, DataNavigateApp supports the visualisation and analysis of the production site, helping you take the first step toward IoT and digital transformation in your factory. Web‑based monitoring enables a more flexible work environment by allowing remote access from any browser.

    Steps to activate the license

    Purchase a license

    A license agreement will be provided by the distributor

    Activate license key on the FA website

    Enter the product ID and serial number of the C intelligent function module as stated in the license agreement. After completing the application, the license key file will be sent by email.

    By using the Energy Package, you can collect energy data from equipment without any programming. The Energy Package is a free energy data collection package that includes a setup tool and a sample project to help you build a production equipment measuring system.
